Best food on the Willamette

My friend just got married on the Rose and the food was outstanding. The chicken was sooo tender and the there was this amazing pasta with pesto. I actually filled a coffee cup full and took some home to share. Thank you Rose crew and a special thank you to the caterer, to dine for catering. I will definitely go again, and the very least use the caterer again!

I feel very lucky that I saw my cousin's daughter's face on his facebook page...From start to finish... easy to work with and Not one complaint about the Quality or Quantity of food for this large Italian gathering. The servers and his staff were delightful and accommodating....

The best decision we made for our wedding

The best decision we made for our wedding was having Nick and his catering company, To Dine For, cater it. We really wanted "non-wedding food." Nick and his crew delivered.

The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared Northern Italian food. Nick cooked a private meal for us prior to the wedding with a sampling of the food. After eating that meal, we had complete confidence in him. We did not have a big budget and Nick's prices were really reasonable. We went with the chicken cacciatore, gnocci, fresh greens salad, and grilled asparagus. It was served buffet style. Our wedding was small (about 50 people). Everyone at the wedding raved about the food - they were shocked that they really enjoyed their meal. Nick also took care of the bar and helped me select a perfect selection of beer, wine, and sparkling wine.

We went into this wedding process completely blind. Nick walked us through everything. He took care of linens, dishes, heat lamp rentals, and canopy rentals. He and his crew set up our tables and even helped with setting up decorations. One of his incredible staff members (Jessie) even helped me figure out how to properly walk down the aisle with my dad! Nick and his staff were so nice and were incredibly professional. They made our wedding an intimate, warm, delicious, and memorable experience. Choose To Dine For - you will NOT regret it!!

It was a very successful event

Our son’s wedding was last weekend. It was a very successful event and Nick Zorich of To Dine For Catering played a large role in making the event so pleasurable. We started working with Nick in October, 2009. He worked with our daughter-in-law to design a menu that fit both her desires and budget. He then provided a “tasting” at her house which involved a meal prepared for four people with the items she chose for the wedding dinner. This tasting is free if you choose to use To Dine For as your caterer. We were so pleased with Nick’s talent that we arranged for him to cater the rehearsal dinner also.

Nick arrived well before both events and was set up and ready to go before the guests arrived. He and his crew were very friendly, professional, and unobtrusive. We received many complements about the food. More than one guest told me it was the best wedding food they had ever had!

While Nick is not an event planner, he has a network of people he will refer you to and offer discounts when you schedule them. We used his referral for the photographer and the DJ.

I strongly recommend To Dine For Catering for any event. We will definitely call him when we need a caterer in the future.

Wonderful Service & Great Food

Nick and his crew catered my daughter's wedding. We engaged To Dine For Catering early in our planning process. I spoke to Nick a couple of times regarding linen colors and set up times. He was always available to discuss details and it was comforting to feel that we could rely on dinner being perfect. They didn't let us down...the dinner was excellent. Not only was the food presented beautifully...it was delicious. I had many compliments from our guests. Thank you Nick for helping to make this special day a success.

After dealing with a few catering companies who didn't seem to comprehend our budgetary constraints, we went "To Dine For" and were thrilled. Not only was the price right but, the food was AMAZING! To top it all off, Nick (company owner and chef) was a DREAM to deal with!
